The database grows on tips. If you know a company using AI to extract from its customers or its workers, and you can point to evidence, send it in.
What makes a case
- /A specific company and, ideally, the named system or algorithm.
- /Evidence on the public record: a court filing, a regulator action, sworn testimony, or serious investigative journalism.
- /Enough detail to follow the trail. Hunches and grudges do not make the cut.
What happens next
Every submission is checked against its primary sources before anything goes near the site. Verified cases are published with their sources and the company is given a right of reply. Claims in live litigation are published as allegations. Nothing is published until it is sourced and verified. You can be credited or stay anonymous.
